Tina Billmeyer-Smith established Wisteria Consulting because she saw an opportunity to help customers grow through full-service information and technology assistance. Her focus was on providing business solutions—designing the solution, sourcing it, and helping negotiate the contract, all with a proven Lifecycle Management approach.

Over 20 years in a variety of positions with Lumen, Tina developed deep telecommunications expertise, driving and supporting complex voice services in Minneapolis.

Because of her passion for bringing ALL solutions to the table and her desire to offer customers the opportunity to explore ALL technology options, in 2011, Tina became a sub-agent and contractor with a leading solutions provider for telecommunications.

This strategic alliance allowed her to focus on her expertise in Shared/Split Resp/Org, Disaster Recovery, SIP, and complex toll-free routing (along with other network services).

Wisteria Consulting, along with the support of technology partners, will continue to help customers grow and flourish by offering a total solution to their technology needs.
